Shipping Policy – Moon Bliss

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Moon Bliss Shopify store.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship products directly to you (dropshipping model). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Multiple Shipments
Because we use multiple suppliers, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Moon Bliss is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at moon_bliss@outlook.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Moon Bliss is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your order.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at moon_bliss@outlook.com with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.
